ongoingExpertise Hub is also proud to promote the PARO Circle Project in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Circle Project empowers women entrepreneurs by creating strong, supportive peer networks known as Circles. Each Circle functions as a trusted community where women share resources, mentorship, and practical strategies to grow their businesses. By linking local Circles with a wider national network, the project helps women access capital, training, and markets while reducing the isolation often experienced in rural and underrepresented regions. This model enables women to thrive as entrepreneurs and leaders, creating ripple effects of empowerment within their communities.

view projectbridgeto platform
ongoingBridgeTo is a platform developed by Expertise Hub Cooperative, a member-owned social enterprise led by newcomers, for newcomers. Our work is grounded in addressing systemic barriers faced by internationally trained professionals, particularly in foreign credential recognition (FCR) and access to meaningful employment. We developed the BridgeTo platform with support from ACOA and the provincial Department of Jobs, Growth and Rural Development to simplify complex FCR processes. By transforming fragmented information into clear, structured journeys (roadmaps), the platform helps individuals navigate each step with confidence, while also generating insights that can inform and improve the system over time.
