Community Innovation Table (CIT) project

In January 2025, Expertise Hub Cooperative and Collective Interchange Cooperative proudly partnered with the PARO Centre for Women’s Enterprise to support the delivery of the Community Innovation Table (CIT) Project. The CIT Project brings together immigrant professionals, service providers, and community leaders to co- create solutions to the challenges facing women entrepreneurs. Through structured dialogue and participatory research, CIT ensures that the voices of women entrepreneurs remain at the centre of policy and program design. The project builds a bridge between lived experience and decision - making, strengthening collaboration and fostering equity - focused approaches to inclusion.
