As a 2019 Mandela Washington Fellow (MWF) and a 2020 African Leaders of Tomorrow (ALT) Scholar, I am deeply committed to sustainable development and social innovation, driven by a passion for creating equitable and sustainable futures through research, policy, and action. A dynamic communicator and systems thinker, I help organizations, start-ups, and communities develop resilient strategies and scalable solutions. My approach is collaborative, analytical, and results-oriented, focusing on capacity building, influencing policy, and driving meaningful change and innovation.

My work bridges academia and real-world impact, with over a decade of leadership experience in the non-profit sector and a proven track record of securing and managing over $500,000 in funding, leading ten impactful projects and partnerships across Africa, Europe, and North America. I co-founded the Civil Society and Institutional Foundation (CSIF) in Northern Ghana, growing it from concept to a fully operational organization. I also co-founded AbbaTek Group Inc., a cleantech social enterprise based in Newfoundland. Notably, I co-authored the Corner Brook Green Infrastructure Policy (2020). My expertise spans sustainability, environmental policy, project management, climate change, food security, circular economy, research, and entrepreneurship.
